Thank you for supporting Amar Jyoti Charitable Trust! Amar Jyoti serves about 700 children in Delhi, India through its unparalleled educational system in which children with and without disabilities learn together. In addition to their academic services, the school campuses also offer physical therapy, family counseling, vocational training, and health services.
Krishna is four years old and a new member of the nursery class at the Jyoti school. He is a smart and sweet boy from an under-privileged family. His father is a farmer and can only afford a small house to shelter his family.
When Krishna first arrived at Jyoti, he was slow with his work and had weak grades. Yet gradually, he has shown improvement and has even caught up with his peers. Individual attention from his teacher helps this process. Outside of class, Krishna likes to color pictures.
Thank you, Chapman, for giving a child like Krishna the chance to enjoy a normal childhood through the integrated educational policies of Amar Jyoti!
