Hemant is naughty and sweet

Five year old Hemant Khushwah studies in Kindergarten at the integrated school run by Amar Jyoti at Gwalior. Hemant comes from a very poor family. His father is a landless laborer, and his mother is a housewife. Both his parents realize the value of a good education and ensure that Hemant attends school regularly.

Hemant was not a bright student, but after getting individual attention from his teachers has caught up with the rest of the class. He loves drawing and football. The teacherfinds Hemant quite a handful sometimes, but sweet-natured, at the same time.
